Recent shows and cds

I am so glad that summer is here because there are always so many cool things to do.  I love being able to have barbecues with friends, play ultimate frisbee for hours, and take in a ballgame at Great American.  I just spent Memorial Day weekend in Goshen, VA, one of my favorite places in this world.  Nestled in the Virginia mountains, the YL camp there called Rockbridge always reminds me that summer is here.  Knowing that the pool days are at hand always gets me motivated to work out as well.  I recently cleared out my den of our guest bunk beds to put in a weight bench.  A decent workout routine coupled with the Korean ginseng I’ve been taking has paid dividends, and my wife has noticed.  Speaking of my wife, she is an avid sea lover, and going to the Newport Aquarium pumps her up.  I guess that’s one more summer event that will be knocked off of my list quickly.  Baseball, swimming, long days…Ahhh…summer is here.
